Our journey to The Priority Project Consulting

As a professional with over 15 years of experience leading and coaching both teams and individuals, while balancing my own career, home life, family, and personal goals, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to manage it all effectively. One of the most common struggles I’ve experienced and observed is learning how to balance competing priorities without experiencing burnout.

The Priority Project originally began as a way for me to better structure and manage my own time and responsibilities. However, as I began applying these strategies and seeing the impact, I realized how many others were facing the same challenges. That realization shifted my focus from personal improvement to helping others create more clarity, balance, and sustainability in their own lives.
